Gloria, you were a rock for Brian and your presence put a calm in him for sure.

Brian, you are a friend and certainly were strong during this battle. But now, as in our old hockey league, it was time to change teams with new team mates and you have God as your Captain now.

Condolence: To My Daddy
On Saturday I chose to say my last goodbye to you. As I lay my head on your chest crying I knew it was the last time I'd hear your heart beat. I didn't want to see you struggle anymore but would be back when you were rested. I hugged you one last time yesterday after you took your last breath and that beat was gone. My heart aches and I will forever miss you. I will Cherrish all that you taught me as a little girl from how to hold my hockey stick for road hockey, coming to our track and field events, swimming and to run home like crazy when I heard your high pitch whistle. You battled this vicious disease like a true fighter for 2 years it was finally time for you to let go. You were surrounded by family who loved you so so much. Rest peacefully daddy with your mom, dad and friends above... And keep up that sarcastic humour. " Dad will always be apart of you...
