Obituary for Robert Gutsell "Rob" Gutsell
Rob passed away in his 53rd year at his home in Oshawa on October 25, 2016. Rob was the much loved son of William and Beverley Gutsell of Oshawa and brother of David Gutsell of Oshawa and Debra Scriver of Peterborough. Rob will be sadly missed by nephew Michael Scriver (Greer) of Chaffey’s Lock and nieces Sarah Scriver of Vancouver, Jennifer Radoslav (Stephen) of Fort Frances, Rebecca Burns (Travis) of Guelph, and Hannah Scriver of Peterborough, and great niece Victoria Radoslav. Rob is also fondly remembered by aunts Greta McWilliams of Oshawa and Irene Gutsell of Burr Ridge, IL, cousins and family friends. A Celebration of Life service will be held for Rob on Friday, November 4, 2016 at Morris Funeral Chapel, 4 Division Street, Bowmanville at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow. Many thanks to Dr. Lindsay of the Oshawa Clinic Group and Dr. Sagi at Lakeridge Health Centre, Oshawa for their care of Rob over the years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lakeridge Health Foundation, or the Canadian Mental Health Association, Durham.
