Rowe Joyce (nee Purdy) Passed away suddenly at home on Oct.14,2018 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Ralph Rowe. Loving mother of Victor Rowe, Debbie Grant & Alan, and Doug Rowe. Cherished grandmother of Kyle & Shawn Rowe, Paul &Scott Grant. Survived by sister Gloria Walker and brother John Purdy & Doris.
