My dad contacted your home and a very nice person answered. We were assured that everything would be looked after. The only thing we had to do was pick out a burial plot. I have to say from beginning to end the service provided by all the staff was outstanding! Every little detail was taken care of making our difficult time more palatable.

The day of the viewing we were met outside by another wonderful staff member who guided us to the front door where we were met by two more staff members. Again, we were greeted with great compassion. They took our coats then took us to the room where my mom lay. To be honest I was not looking forward to seeing my mom in a casket. I have been to other funerals, at other homes, where the deceased looked terrible. When I saw my mom I was truly comforted. She looked exactly the way I remembered her

Many of our guests commented to us about the quality and kindness of the staff. They were never more than a few respectful feet away in case we needed anything.

To Trevor and the Morris team. On behalf of the friends and family of Robin, thank you for your care and compassion, the family felt well looked after.
